1. Free Date Rescheduling
We understand that family emergencies, travel delays, or home handover delays happen. You can reschedule your booked Puja to any future auspicious Muhurat completely free of charge, provided you notify us at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time.
2. Cancellation Timeline & Refunds
- Cancellation > 24 Hours in Advance: If any advance token payment was made, it will be refunded 100% to your original payment method within 3–5 working business days.
- Cancellation within 24 Hours of Scheduled Muhurat: If custom perishable puja items (e.g. specialized fresh garlands, flowers, sweets, fresh mango leaves, fruits) have already been procured by our team, actual perishable costs will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded.
- Same-Day Cancellation at Doorstep: In the rare event that the Acharya has already reached your premises and the ceremony is called off, a nominal travel conveyance allowance of ₹500–₹1,000 is requested to compensate the visiting priest.
3. Service Satisfaction Guarantee
In the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with any aspect of the ceremony or ritual conduct, please notify our grievance desk within 24 hours. We will promptly review the matter and provide a fair resolution, replacement puja, or partial refund.
