1. Nature of Services

We provide traditional Hindu Vedic religious priesthood services (Karma Kanda, Shodashopachara Puja, Havan, Katha, and Samskaras) conducted by trained North Indian priests. These services are cultural and religious practices aimed at spiritual peace, religious fulfillment, and family well-being.

2. Booking & Muhurat Confirmation

Bookings are subject to priest availability and auspicious Muhurat calculation according to the Hindu Panchang. While we make every effort to honor specific time requests, unforeseen transit delays or extended Vedic rituals may lead to slight adjustments, which will be communicated in advance.

3. Client Responsibilities

For smooth and auspicious conduct of the ceremony, the client is responsible for:

• Providing a clean, sanitized space for the puja altar and havan kund
• Arranging perishable items (fresh flowers, fresh fruits, sweets, and panchamrit milk/curd) unless a full samagri package has been mutually confirmed
• Treating the visiting Acharyas with traditional respect and dignity

4. Payment & Dakshina

Service charges, samagri expenses, and Acharya Dakshina agreed upon at the time of booking are payable via UPI, Net Banking, or Cash upon the successful completion of the ceremony. For corporate bookings, GST invoices are issued upon request.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
